The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3114 of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3114. The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to the R4 General Residence District:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 34, T8N R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 34; thence along the east line of said Section 34, N00°51'26"E, 436.25 feet; thence N89°29'54"W, 117.32 feet; thence S00°47'43"W, 377.92 feet to the north right-of-way line of County Trunk Highway T; thence along said north line, S89°02'45"W, 65.95 feet to an iron stake; thence N00°47'43"E, 291.19 feet to an iron stake; thence S89°23'41"W, 150.21 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°46'27"W, 292.10 feet to the north right-of-way line of County Trunk Highway T; thence along said north line, S89°02'45"W, 167.22 feet; thence N00°51'26"E, 290.55 feet; thence N88°30'29"E, 166.85 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel contains 48,629 sq.ft. - 1.12 acres."
