The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3158. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3158. The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Agriculture District and added to the R2S Single-Family Residence District:
Part of Lot 2, Certified Survey Map Number 4321, as recorded in Volume 18 of Certified Survey Maps, on Pages 228-230, as Document Number 1825718, Dane County Registry, also located in the SE ? of the SW ? of Section 16, T07N, R08E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
