Approving plans and specifications for Railroad Street Reconstruction Assessment District - 2004.
Body
On June 15, 2004 the Common Council adopted the following resolution: Approving plans, specifications, and schedule of assessments for Railroad Street Reconstruction Assessment District-2004, Resolution No. 61581, ID No. 36271. The plan included reconstructing a standard 40 foot wide street with bituminous pavement.
Since that date the design of the street has been modified to 28 and 32 feet wide and also includes areas of on-street angle parking. A portion of the pavement will be rebuilt with salvaged brick pavers. The additional costs associated with the installation and maintenance of the brick pavers will be paid for by MG&E, the adjacent property owner throughout the length of the project.
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Railroad Street Reconstruction Assessment District - 2004 be and are hereby approved.
