Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in First Addition to Midtown Commons, Private Contract No. 1813.

WHEREAS, Great Dane Development LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Mansion Hill Avenue from the southeast plat line (existing street) to the west plat line.
Starr Grass Drive from the northeast plat line (existing street) to the south plat line.
Blakton Road from Mansion Hill Avenue to Starr Grass Drive.
McDowell Drive from Starr Grass Drive to the west plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1813 $76,095.86 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on January 11, 2005.
