RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Crosswinds at Hawks Landing Condominiums - Phase 3, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than May 16, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
