DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:    This amendment will rezone the property located at 5817 Halley Way from Planned Development (PD) Specific Implementation Plan (SIP) District to Amended PD (SIP) District in order to revise the SIP relative to design and unit mix for this senior residential community.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00169 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00169.  The following described property is hereby zoned Amended PD (SIP) Amended Planned Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
 
Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map Number 12324 as recorded in Dane County Register of Deeds in Volume 76 Page 226, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 2.5 acres."
