East side residents and the Social Justice Center have requested that the Parks Division allow the display of a Tony Robinson mural at McPike Park for one year, starting later this fall. The mural will be attached to the existing metal fencing running parallel to East Wilson Street.  Details of the request will be in the Attachment.
