WHEREAS, Habitat For Humanity of Dane County, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Freese Lane from Siggelkow Road to Brandenburg Way.
Buchner Court from Freese Lane to the east end.
Kanazawa Circle from Freese Lane to the south end.
Brandenburg Way from the east plat line to the west plat.
Bliss Street from Brandenburg Way to Treichel Street.
Treichel Street from Brandenburg Way to the south end.
Unity Way from Freese Lane to the west plat line.
Siggelkow Road at Freese Lane (north side) from the Sta. 100+00 to Sta. 108+39.34.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1930 $454,021.13 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said street improvements, shall have commenced on April 14, 2005.
