Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution amends the 2018 Adopted Pedestrian & Bicycle Capital Budget to transfer existing GO Borrowing budget authority between major capital programs. $170,000 of GO Borrowing authority will be transferred from the Safe Routes Grants Program (MUNIS 11793) to the Sidewalk Program (MUNIS 11750).

Title
Amending the 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Capital Budget to transfer $170,000 of existing GO borrowing authority between major programs Safe Routes Grants Program and Sidewalk Program.
Body
WHEREAS, the anticipated assessable portion of the projects under the Sidewalk program was over estimated and additional GO Borrowing funds are required to cover the remaining costs, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient remaining funds in the Safe Routes Grants program available for transfer;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the adopted 2018 Pedestrian & Bicycle Capital Budget be amended to transfer $170,000 of GO Borrowing from the Safe Routes Grants program to the Sidewalk program to pay for the costs of installing new sidewalk in Aldermanic Districts 14 and 15.
