NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the final plat of "Hawks Creek," formerly known as "Badger Mill Creek," on property owned by Rick A. McKy located at 3120-3160 Jeffy Trail, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, which has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council, be and the same is hereby approved as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the final plat, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved plat.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in this final plat or required as a condition of approval of this plat be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
 
 
NOTE: The Common Council approved the previous approval resolution for the final plat of Badger Mill Creek on July 18, 2006. The owner has since changed the name of the subdivision.
