I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen appointments. "Statement of Interests" forms are on file in the City Clerk's Office for those citizens required to file.

BUILDING CODE, FIRE CODE AND LICENSING APPEALS BOARD

PAUL A. LIPPITT, 5029 LaCrosse La., 53705 (11th A.D.) - appointed to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Member with Fire Prevention Experience. Mr. Lippitt is a fire protection engineer with Hydra Design, LLC. He succeeds J.C. Carver.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2008.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT COMMISSION

KRISTINA L. DUX, 2901 Cimarron Trail, 53719 (7th A.D.) - appointed to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Low-Moderate Income Representative. Ms. Dux is a property manager for Gorman and Company, Inc. She has been involved in the housing industry (highly concentrated in low-income and/or challenged neighborhoods) for almost ten years. She succeeds Cindy Donais who resigned.
TERM EXPIRES: 10-1-2006.
