WHEREAS, 4410 Regent Partnership, LLP, has satisfactorily completed the restoration of sidewalk and street terrace by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 4411 Vernon Boulevard.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That said sidewalk and terrace improvements adjacent to 4411 Vernon Boulevard are hereby accepted.
