RESOLVED, that water service lateral installation in Sprecher Road Extension, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000.00 to expire not earlier than January 20, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
