Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Fourth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision - Phase III, Private Contract No. 1760. (9th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, McKenzie 300 Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Hidden Cave Road - South line of Lot 276 (existing street) to Settlers Road
Settlers Road - Southeast plat line (existing street) to Bear Claw Way
Bear Claw Way - East plat line (existing street) to the south plat line
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1760 $13,590.50 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on April 14, 2005.
