DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 421 South Yellowstone Drive from SE (Suburban Employment) District to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) District to facilitate redevelopment of the property with a five-story, 83-unit apartment building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00653 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00653. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) District.
Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 11598, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 29,185 square feet (0.67 acres).”
