I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT COMMITTEE
MATT PHAIR (20th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term position of Low/Moderate Income Census Tract Representative. Matt Phair currently holds the Second Alternate position and has served since 8-1-2023.
TERM EXPIRES: 10-1-2026
MEGHAN E. ROED (10th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term position of Low/Moderate Income Census Tract Representative. Megahan Roed is an attorney with OneEnergy Renewables. Previous work experience includes WHEDA and representing affordable housing developers. She served on the board of Housing Initiatives, Inc. and volunteers with Legal Action of Wisconsin.

MEGAN N. MILLER (15th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Resident Member. Megan Miller currently holds the First Alternate position and has served since 12-6-2022.

MADISON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
JOSEPH M. CARPENTER (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Business/Financial Representative succeeding Rich Arnesen. Joseph Carpenter is the chief financial officer of Wisconsin Housing Preservation, Corp.
