The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3219. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3219. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the R4 General Residence District:
The Southern 50 feet of Lot 12 and all of Lot 13, Block 1, Mrs. Alice M Kinston Subdivision, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This parcel contains .282 acres."
