Big Top Events, LLC, currently operates Breese Stevens Field under the Breese Stevens Stadium Use and Operation Agreement effective January 1, 2019 (Leg File 51427), which was amended on September 5, 2025, to update the limitations on alcohol sales at the stadium (Leg File 89324).
Big Top has proposed making a sizable investment at Breese Stevens Field. This would be privately funded and would be owned by the City at the completion of the work. The presentation and attached memo will review the proposed improvements and proposed changes to the Use Agreement.
