Approving removal of existing street terrace tree and replacement with new street terrace tree for redevelopment located at 512 S Yellowstone Drive (19^th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, the developer, Walter Wayne Development LLC, has received the City of Madison's approval for demolition, rezoning, and conditional use at 512 S Yellowstone Drive (formerly 6604 Odana Road, project review LNDUSE-2022-00101), and,

WHEREAS, a temporary access to the site is required to facilitate construct and site access that will require the removal and replacement of an existing street terrace tree, and,

WHEREAS, Board of Public Works approval is required prior to City Forestry issuing a Tree Removal Permit.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

1.                     That City Forestry is hereby authorized to issue the Tree Removal Permit required for the temporary access.

2.                     That the developer, Walter Wayne Development LLC, will install a replacement street terrace tree per plans approved by City Forestry.
