Accepting storm sewer, street improvements, and terrace improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract Westgate Mall Hy-Vee, Contract 2224, Private Contract No. 2282. (10th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Homburg Contractor, Inc, has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm sewer, street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement), and terrace improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Westgate Mall - Hy-Vee, Contract 2224.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said storm sewer, street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement), and terrace improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $54,491.20.
