Annualized salary is to be $66,570.  Funding is included in the 2006 Adopted Operating Budget.

Submitting the name of Maribeth Witzel-Behl for confirmation of a five-year term as City Clerk.

Body

Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed Maribeth Witzel-Behl to the position of City clerk and has recommended to the Common Council that her appointment be confirmed; and

Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Witzel-Behl;

Now, therefore, be it resolved that Ms. Witzel-Behl's appointment to the position of City Clerk is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Witzel-Behl.
