Discussion of Lessons Learned during the 2025-2030 Park and Open Space Plan process

The Parks Long Range Planning Subcommittee, along with Parks staff, began work on the 2025-2030 Park and Open Space Plan in late 2022. The process culminated with the approval of the plan by the Common Council on October 28, 2025. This discussion will allow staff and members to reflect on the process that was utilized and identify opportunities for improvement for future plans.
