PBMVC Item (1/24/06) - Schedule for 2006 NTMP Program
Body
Each year the City's Pedestrian-Bicycle-Motor Vehicle Commission (PBMVC) reviews and approves approximately ten (10) projects from a citywide project list, based on the Common Council's appropriated budget and resources.
Specific streets are scored and ranked according to the Council adopted policy and guidelines. As the oversight commission of the Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan (NTMP), the PBMVC selects the top streets to proceed in a given year.
The schedule for 2006 is planned as follows:
January 24, 2006 Initial PBMVC review/discussion of 2006 Traffic Calming Priority List (Current list will be provided at the meeting.)
Identification of additional data needs
February 28, 2006 Final 2006 Traffic Calming Priority List and Action Plan reviewed and approved by PBMVC
