WHEREAS, Churchill Homes, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Grayhawk Trail from Bellgrove Lane to the north plat line.
Diloretto Avenue from west line of Lot 63 to the east line of Lot 36 (existing street)
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1937 $187,523.24 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on December 13, 2004.
