Accepting street improvements constructed by private contract in Reston Heights - Phase II, Private Contract No. 1721
Body
WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Annestown Drive from Broad Creek Boulevard to Murley Drive.
Murley Drive from Annestown Drive to Summertown Drive.
Reston Heights Drive from Summertown Drive to Wyalusing Drive.
Wyalusing Drive from Reston Heights Drive to the south line of Lot 55.
Radford Drive from Murley Drive to Summertown Drive.
Carlton Drive from Murley Drive to Summertown Drive.
Broad Creek Boulevard from South Sprecher Road to Annestown Drive/Murley Drive.
Summertown Drive from Reston Heights Drive to the south line of Lot 49.
Broad Creek Boulevard (sidewalk only) abutting Lot 68.
South Sprecher Road (east side) from Hopewell Drive to the south line of Lot 11 (curb & gutter, sidewalk, 15-feet of pavement and shoulder on the median).
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project. No. 53B1721 $615,275.20 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on May 1, 2004.
