DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance rezones property located at 414 South Baldwin Street from TR-C4 (Traditional Residential - Consistent District 4) District to TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District to convert and expand an existing building into a hotel and restaurant-tavern with outdoor eating areas and conditional use parking reduction.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00248 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00248. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District:
The Northwest 44 feet of Lot 10, Block 202, Farwell’s Replat of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 2,904 square feet (0.066 acres) of land.”
