This action would grant approval to Madison Mallards to construct a Fan Dugout area, with final plans subject to the written approval of the Superintendent of Parks. The construction of the Dugout area would create a unique fan experience for seating and concessions behind home plate. Upon completion of the construction, the City of Madison would be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the facility, subject to the Use Agreement.
