Fiscal Note
This contract provides for total compensation in the amount of $121,364.16, which is comprised of $113,364.16 for City Engineer functions and $8,000 for Public Works and Transportation Team Leader functions. The 2005 Adopted Operating Budget provides for total compensation in the amount of $124,736, which is comprised of $119,736 for City Engineer functions and $5,000 for Public Works and Transportation Team Leader functions. No additional appropriation is therefore required, nor is any impact upon cost controls anticipated.

Confirming the re-appointment of Mr. Larry D. Nelson to the position of City Engineer, subject to the approval and execution of an Addendum to Employment Agreement.
Body
WHEREAS, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointed Larry D. Nelson to the position of City Engineer and has recommended to the Common Council that his re-appointment be confirmed; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Addendum to Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Nelson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. Nelson's re-appointment to the position of City Engineer is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Addendum to Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Nelson.
