Approving a "Major" Change to Amend the Environmental Corridor within the Central Urban Service Area of Dane County for the Property of 5513 Femrite Drive (et al). (16th AD)

The City Council approved a change to the Environmental Corridor for the property of 5513 Femrite Drive. The resolution approving the change (RES-05-00824), approved on 10/11/05 incorrectly called the change a 'Minor' change. Upon forwarding the change to Dane County for review prior to Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, it was returned to City staff stating that the proposed change constitutes a 'Major' change and that the City must re-approve with the corrected language. Therefore, the proposed physical corridor change is exactly the same as previously approved by RES-05-00824, but the resolution corrects the approval wording to allow the process to proceed to the County and State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Common Council hereby approve a "Major" change to amend the Environmental Corridor within the Central Urban Service Area of Dane County for the property of 5513 Femrite Drive (et al).
