Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for North Hamilton Street Apartments PUD, Private Contract No. 1879.

Body

WHEREAS, Osorio Investments, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on North Hamilton Street adjacent to the North Hamilton Street Apartments PUD located at 202-210 North Hamilton Street. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on December 2, 2004. 

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1879 $30,910.00 useful life of 40-years.
