On April 30, 2004, the City Engineer opened bids for the North Transfer Point Park and Ride Lot project for Metro. On May 18, 2004 the Common Council adopted a resolution, awarding the contract to Parisi Construction Co., Inc. On May 12, 2005, Parisi Construction Co., Inc. submitted an affidavit certifying that the prevailing wage requirements have been met and on June 6, 2005, Parisi Construction Co., Inc. submitted a Waiver of Construction Lien affidavit and its request for final payment.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Park and Ride Lot improvements at Metro's North Transfer Point which have been completed on October 16, 2004 be and are hereby accepted.
