Authorizing the Clerk to issue a summons to Bull Feathers, Inc., dba Bull Feathers, Richard Lyshek, agent, to appear before the Alcohol License Review Committee.
Body
WHEREAS, a complaint has been filed with the Common Council by Assistant City Attorney Jennifer Zilavy against Bull Feathers, Inc., dba Bull Feathers, Richard Lyshek, agent, located at 303 North Henry Street, #1, Madison, Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, said complain avers that Bull Feathers, Inc., dba Bull-Feathers, Richard Lyshek, agent, has exceeded 200 points of liquor law violations rendering any issuance of a Formal Expression of concern, within the meaning of Sec. 38.10(4)(d), Madison General Ordinances, inapplicable; and
WHEREAS, Bull Feathers, Inc., dba Bull Feathers, Richard Lyshek, agent, currently holds a Class B Combination alcohol beverage license which expires on June 30, 2007, and has held Class B Combination alcohol beverage licenses issued by the city of Madison on the date of the alleged violations; and
WHEREAS, Sec. 38.10(1)(a) authorizes the Common Council to issue a summons when a complaint has been filed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to issue a Summons to Bull Feathers, Inc., dba Bull Feathers, Richard Lyshek, agent, to appear before the Alcohol License Review Committee at its June 20, 2007, meeting.
