Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the East Washington Avenue Pavement Marking Replacement project at a total estimated cost of $325,000. In the adopted 2018 capital budget, Engineering Major Streets has budgeted $15.5 million within the Pavement Management capital program for the resurfacing of streets throughout the City (MUNIS 10540). Funding is provided by GO Borrowing.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for E. Washington Avenue Permanent Pavement Marking Replacement - 2018, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
