The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:  

Subdivision (e) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classification of Graphics Assistant in Compensation Group 20, Range 09, thereof.
