WHEREAS, Weber Development LTD has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Bear Claw Way from Old Sauk Road to the west plat line.
Fargo Trail from Bear Claw Way to the south line of Lot 59.
White Fox Lane from the east plat line to the west plat.
Eagle Nest Lane from White Fox Lane to the south line of Lot 68.
Crown Hill from Bear Claw Way to the east plat line.
Fawn Ridge Circle from Fargo Trail to the west end.
Ingress/egress improvements on Old Sauk Road.
Sidewalk on the south side of Old Sauk Road from the east plat line to the west plat line
Sidewalk in Outlot 2 from Fawn Ridge Circle to the west line of Lots 38 and 39
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1944 $486,282.15 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on November 1, 2004.
