Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Woodrow Street and Edgewood Drive Cul-de-sac.  (10th AD)
Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
 
1)      That the plans and specifications for Woodrow Street and Edgewood Drive Cul-de-sac, be and are hereby approved.
 
2)      That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
 
3)      That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
 
4) That the property owners of the property hereinafter described be hereby ordered to install sidewalk or parts thereof, hereinafter described, in full compliance with the requirements of the City Ordinance governing such construction. If the owner neglects for a period of 20 days after service of notice to lay the sidewalk, the City of Madison, will cause such sidewalk to be installed and charge the cost hereof to the property in front of which the walk is laid, and such cost, unless previously paid, will be collected as a special tax against the property in front of which the walks are installed. The respective parcel of property in front of which the said walks are to be laid is described as follows, or the premise known as: 1000 Edgewood College Drive, Parcel No. 0709-272-0099-2
