WHEREAS, Brader Way, LLC c/o Blackhawk Ev. Fr. Church, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Madison standard street improvements, including sidewalk:
* Veritas Drive from Mineral Point Road to west plat line.
* Brader Way from the west plat line to the east line of Lot 10.
Improvements on Mineral Point Road at the Intersection with Veritas Drive.
Madison standard concrete sidewalk on Mineral Point Road, Lots 1, 2, and Outlot 1.
Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B2049 $303,561.35 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on January 3, 2007.
