CAPITAL AREA REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (CARPC)

DAVID WALLNER (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Mayor’s Appointee succeeding Larry Palm. David Wallner is a retired teacher. He is a former alder and previously served on the Madison Public Library Board and Board of Park Commissioners.
