Accepting sanitary sewer constructed by Private Contract In Menards West Expansion, Private Contract No. 1979.
Body
WHEREAS, Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Menards West Expansion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
