Accepting sanitary sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In 5133 University Avenue, Private Contract No. 9021 (District 19).
Body
WHEREAS, DEGEN & ASSOCIATES, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 5133 University Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• University Avenue Sidewalk from Flambeau Road to University Row.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13464 by $ 6,742.40 for a useful life of 40 years.
