RESOLVED, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in 54-58 Farwell Street C.S.M., which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3,000 to expire not earlier than July 7, 2009, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
