Approving Addendum No. 1 to the Subdivision Contract for Cardinal Glenn - Phase 2A, Contract No. 2080 (9th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, on April 17, 2007, the developer, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC, had entered into a Subdivision Contract No. 2080 with the City of Madison and,

WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9)(d)(6)(d) of the Madison General Ordinances allows the City of Madison to reimburse the developer for the installation of the street adjacent to City owned land, and

WHEREAS, the Developer has request the City to install surface pavement in lieu of reimbursement for the installation of street adjacent to City owned land,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

1.      That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 For Cardinal Glenn - Phase 2A, with Great Neighborhoods West, LLC, for the City to install surface pavement in an equivalent amount in lieu of reimbursing  for the installation of street adjacent to City owned lands as allowed under Section 16.23(9)(d)(6)(d) of the Madison General Ordinances.
