No City appropriation is required with the approval of this second revised preliminary plat. City costs associated with urban development in this area will be included in future operating and capital budgets subject to Common Council approval.

Body
WHEREAS VH Hill Valley, LLC filed a preliminary plat known as Hill Valley on property generally addressed as 940-1050 S High Point Road, 1051 S Pleasant View Road, and 902 Landmark Trail, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin for approval by the Madison Common Council; and

WHEREAS the Common Council approved the preliminary plat by Resolution 24-00111 (ID 85415) on December 10, 2024 subject to conditions, including a condition that the subdivider submit a revised preliminary plat concurrent with the first final plat of the subdivision that reflects the revisions to the plat layout recommended by staff and approved by the Plan Commission; and

WHEREAS the Common Council approved a revised preliminary plat for Hill Valley by Resolution 25-00131 (ID 86737) on February 25, 2025 subject to conditions; and

WHEREAS the Common Council approved the final plat of Hill Valley by Resolution 25-00132 (ID 86738) on February 25, 2025 subject to conditions, which were met and the final plat recorded at the Dane County Register of Deeds on November 13, 2025 as Document No. 6063281; and

WHEREAS the applicant/ subdivider has duly filed a second revised preliminary plat of Hill Valley of the subdivision to guide implementation of the remaining unplatted portions of the overall development;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the revised preliminary plat is hereby approved subject to all conditions as required by the reviewing City departments as required by Section 16.23 of the General Ordinances of the City of Madison, subject to ...
