Body

WHEREAS,  Rick McKy, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements at 20 North Blair Street.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on October 18, 2005.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1974 $13,000.00 useful life of 40 years.
