DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 3135 Meier Road from A (Agricultural) District to IL (Industrial-Limited) District to facilitate the creation of one lot and one outlot for future development in IL zoning. The related CSM will create a second outlot for future development in the (existing) A zoning.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00830 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00830. The following described property is hereby rezoned to IL (Industrial-Limited) District.
Being a part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 24, T7N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said SW 1/4 of said Section 24; thence South 00°24'16" West along the East line of said SW 1/4, 1324.69 feet to the South line of the NE 1/4 of said SW 1/4; thence South 88°34'16" West along said South line, 1269.04 feet; thence North 00°00'00" East, 1326.04 feet to the North line of said SW 1/4; thence North 88°38'38" East along said North line, 1278.35 feet to the Point of Beginning.
