ROBERT KLEBBA (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident succeeding Charles E. McDowell. Robert Klebba is an owner/innkeeper of a local bed and breakfast. He has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and is active with the Tenney-Lapham Neighborhood Association.
