Public Health Madison and Dane County (PHMDC) proposes the acceptance of additional funding from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) to support the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Telehealth Pilot Program.
The Board of Health for Madison and Dane County previously approved Resolution #2021- 14 authorizing the acceptance of $4,328 from Wisconsin Department of Health Services for WIC Telehealth Pilot to increase access to WIC services and resources. PHMDC received an additional $1,164 from WI DHS, increasing the total funding amount to $5,492.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Health for Madison and Dane County on behalf of Public Health Madison and Dane County authorizes the Director of Public Health, or their designee, to accept and expend the funds in the total amount of $5,492 and adjust the PHMDC 2022 Budget.
