Report re: Parking on the Capitol Square.

The report requested in Council Resolution 05-00139 (Legislative file 00284) is attached.  Resolution 00284 stated in part, "...that after the test, staff report back to the Board of Estimates, to the Joint meeting of the Transit and Parking Commission and the Pedestrian-Bicycle-Motor Vehilce Commission, and to the Common Council prior to full implementation.

The Report was presented to a joint meeting of PBMVC, TPC and Downtown Coordinating Committee on September 28, 2005.  Subsequently each of the commissions reviewed the report and their comments are provided as an attachment.
