WHEREAS, Roger Goodwin was first employed as a Budget Analyst in the Comptroller's Office;

WHEREAS, Roger then moved to the position of Streets Superintendent for 13 years;

NOW THEREFORE, Roger will retire from the position of Interim Human Resources Director to enjoy life on the tennis courts of America, Madison more particularly.
