DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 1151 Jenifer Street from TR-C4 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 4) District to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District to facilitate division of property into two lots in the Third Lake Ridge Historic District.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00754 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00754. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.
The northwestern 92 feet of Lot 9, Block 181, Farwell’s Replat of a Part of the Village of Madison. Said described area contains 6,126.7 square feet (0.14 acres).”
